ABOUT ME

MY JOURNEY

My life in King City started in 2000 when as newlyweds, my wife and I purchased our first family home on John St.  We raised three beautiful kids in that home and all three attended elementary and high school in King City and participated in sports run by our local youth organizations. This provided me with an opportunity to give back to the community by volunteering my time while spending time with my children. I spent 16 years volunteering with the King United Soccer Club and 8 years volunteering with the Nobleking Hockey Association. My time with the King United Soccer Club consisted of eight years as VP of Operations, six years as President, and two years as Past President. In 2024, I was recognized for my dedication to our community by receiving the prestigious Township of King "Citizen of the Year" award.

Since 1998, I have been a self employed entrepreneur. Driven by my eagerness to deliver quality and reliable products and services, I have been responsible for the start-up of numerous successful businesses that continue to operate today. These include ErthCoverings, Kings Haven Construction, Ontario Stone Veneers, and York Drywall. These businesses employee dozens of employees, most of which have been employed by my companies for more than 10 years. My success in developing and nurturing the growth of these businesses is due to my attention to detail, putting employees and clients first, and always striving to be the best at what we do.

I believe my experience as a leader, my ability to draw the best out of people, and my willingness to lead by example by working hard and making informed and smart decisions, makes me an ideal candidate for councillor.

A VISION FOR OUR FUTURE

As a candidate, I believe in the importance of identity, natural heritage, and sustainable development. My career has been shaped by experiences that emphasize responsible growth, common sense solutions, accountability, and financial decisions that deliver long term value. I aim to encourage thoughtful dialogue around our community's future, focusing on preserving our history, strengthening our character, and embracing positive change.

I live these values each and every day, and if I am elected to represent Ward 5, I will ensure these values are at the core of every discussion, every decision, and every vote I cast on behalf of our community.
